SHIPPING POLICY
At Podhalastore, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All our products are created on-demand.
1 | Order Processing & Production Time |
Order modification window: After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue. You have exactly 7 hours to change the order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order before it goes to production.
Production (Handling) Time: It typically takes 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) to manufacture, print, and package your item. Note: Complex items like All-Over-Print apparel may take up to 7-10 business days.
2 | Shipping Time & Costs (United States) |
Once your order is produced, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery. We offer the following shipping rates for the US:
Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Standard Shipping Rate: $6.99 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $200.
| Total Delivery Time = Production Time (3-7 business days) + Transit Time (7-15 business days). You can expect to receive your US order within 10 to 22 business days. |
3 | International Shipping |
Estimated Transit Time: 10 to 20 business days (varies by location).
Standard Shipping Rate: $12.99 for the first item + $2.00 for each additional item.
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $300.
APO/FPO & PO Boxes: We can ship to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipments to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered, and tracking may not update once the parcel enters the military network.
4 | Order Tracking |
All our shipments are provided with a tracking link in a shipment notification email. Please follow the tracking link to check your delivery status. Note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5 | Re-shipment Policy |
A re-shipment will be considered if:
The customer provided an incorrect address or contact information, leading to failed delivery.
The shipping carrier could not contact the customer for delivery after multiple attempts.
If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will re-ship it once we receive the correct address. The following re-shipping fees will apply:

6 | Taxes and Duties |
We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver. VAT charges may vary depending on the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
